I’ve recently rented the flat I’d been searching for through this agency, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. ​Harry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. While the landlord was a bit slow to make a decision—which can naturally be quite stressful—Harry proactively called me every single day just to reassure me that he was chasing them up on my behalf. He also caught and immediately sorted a few minor mistakes I made on the forms, ensuring the contract process stayed on track. His communication and knowledge are top-tier. ​I also want to shout out Molly, who showed me the flat. She arrived exactly at the pre-arranged time, was incredibly friendly, and answered all of my questions on the spot with plenty of detail. ​While the referencing and move-in process can always be a bit overwhelming, Harry and the team did everything they could to put me at ease. I highly recommend them!

We recently worked with Harry Payne at Marsh & Parsons, and our experience so far has been outstanding. Harry took the time to understand our requirements and, with his help, we were able to quickly secure a flat that suits our family very well. As I am not based in London, I had to view the property online, and Harry was extremely patient in taking all the videos we requested. He always took the time to answer my questions and discuss our requirements with the landlord. We have now signed the contract, and I am confident that the rest of the process will be smooth as well. Once the property was ready, they moved quickly, generated strong interest, and secured a high-quality tenancy.. I have used Marsh & Parsons Wimbledon Village ( formally Jackson Stops) as my Letting Agent for around 20 years. Their service has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have always found me quality tenants and have been pro-active , prompt and professional on the property management side of the business.
