We rented through Scarlett Dyer for five years, and the experience was consistently excellent. The team was professional, responsive, and always courteous. As the landlord of a London townhouse which Scarlett Dyer and her team managed on my behalf for 10 years, I can honestly say that engaging their team was the best decision I could have made. Communications with them have always been straightforward, the team are extremely responsive, and they unfailingly go over and above the norm to ensure that both I as the Landlord and also the tenants were happy. They are an extremely efficient and organised team, and entirely trustworthy. When things went wrong, such as a boiler breakdown or machines stopping working, I was always consulted with 2 or 3 different quotes for the repair work before the job was booked. I myself now live in the house which Scarlett Dyer Ltd managed, and I have retained their services to manage my house should things need fixing. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I have known this agent for 6 years. Very reliable, great management skills. All staff works very hard to make sure that tenants are well looked after, especially Elizabeth. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile where possible. They provide a great service and you get the personalised approach that you don't get with the big Agents. 10 out of 10
