I used Rampton Baseley - and the wonderful Allie - to sell my flat in Earlsfield this Summer. I am so pleased with my choice - Allie was amazing from start to finish. Our first offer was at asking price which we were really pleased with - and the communication throughout was amazing and it all felt very stress free (which was important as I am heavily pregnant). Allie was always there to help - recommending removal companies (who were amazing), advising on various other elements of the sale, and showing us around lots of houses in the area as we decided on our next move. I would use Rampton Baseley and Allie again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend the team at Rampton Baseley highly enough. From the very beginning, Bella came to value my flat and talk me through Rampton Baseley’s approach. She gave me the confidence and reassurance that they would get the sale done, despite the challenges involved, and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Lottie was then my main point of contact throughout the sale of my flat, and she was brilliant. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always professional, approachable and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. On the purchase of my new flat, Allie was simply amazing. The chain became incredibly complicated towards the end, with a number of issues outside anyone’s control, but Allie never stopped pushing. She was constantly chasing solicitors and the rest of the chain, keeping me updated, answering my questions and doing everything she could to keep things moving. I genuinely felt she cared about getting the best outcome for me, and her persistence and determination were instrumental in getting everything over the line. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but having a team that cares makes all the difference. Every member of the team I dealt with was knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. A huge thank you to Bella, Lottie, Allie and everyone at Rampton Baseley. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We've just exchanged on the sale of our flat in Earlsfield with RB. It's been fantastic working with them - in particular Allie went to a lot of effort to proactively get viewings in a tough market, and one of those ended up being the buyer. We had the flat on with another agent for months without a single viewing and as soon as we worked with RB the diary was full and we had an offer within a couple of weeks, and a higher price than we might have expected.
