I couldn’t recommend Petras Property more highly, and Susie in particular was absolutely exceptional throughout my purchase. I genuinely don’t think the purchase would have gone through without her. She was incredibly communicative from start to finish, worked brilliantly with both me as the buyer and the sellers, and was always positive, polite and focused on finding solutions whenever an issue came up. Buying a property can obviously be stressful, but Susie had a real ability to keep everyone calm, keep the chain moving and make sure communication never broke down. She went above and beyond on numerous occasions and I always felt she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for everyone involved. Having dealt with several other estate agents in the Earlsfield area, I can confidently say that my experience with Petras was far superior. The level of communication, professionalism and personal service was in a different league. I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better estate agent to work with. A huge thank you to Susie and the Petras team, I’m incredibly grateful for everything you did to get my purchase over the line. Highly recommended.

The whole team at Petras are a pleasure to work with, Susie in particular, who helped us find our new home and found us a buyer for our old home and enabled a quick sale. The team were open in their communication and good at keeping us updated throughout. Susie is very well connected in the Earlsfield area and she is extremely personable, patient and helpful. We would recommend using Petras.

I can’t recommend Petras Property highly enough, and in particular Susie, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Having previously been with a large, well‑known high‑street estate agent, I had felt like just a number — pressured, rushed, and as though my property was a nuisance when it didn’t sell quickly. The difference when I moved to Petras was immediate, and such a relief.Susie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and the time she takes. Her approach is personal, thoughtful and reassuring — exactly what you need when selling a home, which is inherently stressful. The Petras team sold our family home on Littleton Street. Both Georgie and Susie know the area exceptionally well and were a pleasure to work with. Marketing details were very smart and was kept up to speed on a regular basis. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend!!
