When we were selecting an Estate Agent, James stood out for his professionalism and clear experience in the market. We felt that James' background was more important than what the large firms were pitching on (network etc) and we are so glad we made that decision. We had multiple offers within days, and we were very pleased with the price being in the region he saw the value of the house. James had clear communication, negotiated well on our behalf and nudged the conveyancing process nicely (a skill not to be underestimated). We were vendors selling from abroad, and we would highly recommend Maalems and James to anyone selling in Earlsfield and surrounds.

If you are looking to buy, sell or let out a property in or around Earlsfield, I highly recommending Maalems to you. They have been the managing agent for my flat for 19 years and I recently sold it with them. Not only are they some of the nicest people you will ever meet but they take care of every detail without any fuss and instil confidence as they have so much experience in what they do. On the lettings side, Leah, Magda and Felix are super-efficient and responded almost immediately to queries to take care of every aspect of the management of my property and over the years they have been amazing.
