Cannot recommend Knight Frank more ! Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Knight Frank were recommended by some close friends who needed a quick sale in order to secure their favoured house close to their daughter in the West Country. KF delivered precisely what was needed, so when we found ourselves in exactly the same position, we were happy to engage KF, and we were not disappointed. Troy and Maisie have been an excellent team who have guided us throughout the process with enthusiasm, good humour and wise advice - calming our nerves when necessary and skillfully managing a range of potential buyers. They have made the whole enterprise almost enjoyable!

Knight Frank helped us with the sale of our flat and were brilliant throughout. They helped us through what became a slightly drawn out and frustrating process but showing proactivity and professionalism throughout. The team - with particular thanks to Troy - were excellent with communication, always keeping us up to date without us having to chase.
