I had a very positive experience with John D Wood in Wandsworth, particularly working with James Setright and Ellie Troisi. Although they were acting on behalf of the seller when I purchased my home, they were consistently professional, pragmatic and constructive throughout the process. James and Ellie were excellent communicators, kept things moving at the right pace, and handled any challenges calmly and efficiently. Ellie was absolutely fantastic throughout my home buying journey. When my first property purchase fell through, I was understandably disappointed, but Ellie was incredibly supportive and helped me get straight back on track in finding the right property for me. After a few more weeks of searching, I found a flat and had an offer accepted. What followed was a long and often challenging 11 month process due to lease complications, but I’m delighted to say that I’ll finally be completing next week. Throughout the entire process, Ellie and the team were outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, provided regular updates, and were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns.
