My partner and I rented a flat through Ivan for 18 months. We found him to be professional, efficient and personable. The service he and, subsequently Celine, provided was excellent. Any issues raised were resolved expediently and with minimal fuss. He made himself available whenever we needed and kept us updated with anything that may affect us. Ivan was very helpful and fair when our landlord decided on a sale, helping us throughout a turbulent period. I would happily recommend Ivan, especially over larger less affable agents.

I have rented from Ivan for the past 18 months and have been impressed by the service that he and Celine offers. They have both been very professional and polite to work with, which makes working with a smaller agency a much more appealing moving forward. Ivan made himself available to us whenever we needed and was prompt in returning any queries we asked of him. (Even late on Saturday night when we locked ourselves out of our electricity cupboard.) Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am moving to another area, but I would recommend Ivans services to anyone moving to the Wimbledon area.

Ivan and Celine are the DREAM TEAM in property services! They were efficient in all aspects of looking after us as tenants in our 2 year lease in Wimbledon. Paperwork and payment requirements were always clear, repairs were sorted promptly and they were always easy to get ahold of if we ever needed. And most importantly they were fair - to both us as the renters and the landlord. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to rent from their services again!! Thank you for a trouble-free and truly wonderful rental experience in London!

We have been in our flat for nearly 5 years, and Ivan took over at the end of our tenancy to help re-rent. We found him to be extemely helpful and understanding of our situation, he was always available when we needed to speak to him and the flat was rented after just one viewing, this was extremely beneficial to us as we already had a new place to move into. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Ivan's agency.

I rented a flat for 15 months from Ivan Sargent. During that time, he was fabulous at answering my queries and dealing with problems very quickly. He dealt with all my queries so reasonably and professionally. I couldn't have asked for more. When I came to leave, there was a discussion about the deposit and Ivan and I came to a speedy compromise which I was very happy with. He dealt with me so well that I had no hesitation to use him as an agent when I was letting my flat. He dealt with me as a landlord in his usual friendly and professional way. In fact, he found me such good tenants that they're in their fourth year so poor Ivan hasn't made much money! But he still takes my calls and answers my questions as a landlord -essentially for free!
