I’ve had a great experience working with Izzie Richardson and the Carter Jonas Southfields team. Izzie managed the changeover of tenants at my property in Southfields, from coordinating the outgoing tenancy through to finding new tenants and getting everything in place for them to move in on schedule. Throughout the whole process she was incredibly efficient, responsive and organised, while always being friendly, positive and easy to deal with. There were quite a few moving parts and a tight turnaround between tenancies, but Izzie kept everything moving and made the process very straightforward. I’m currently based overseas as well, so having someone reliable and proactive on the ground has been particularly valuable. A big thank you to Izzie and the team! I’d happily recommend Carter Jonas Southfields to other landlords.

Five stars -- I had a really positive experience with the Carter Jonas team! Izzie was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her communication was excellent, and she made the whole experience feel straightforward and well organized. A big thank you as well to Geri, who handled the contractual side before move-in. She made the paperwork process efficient and easy to navigate. Overall, the team was responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Moving can be stressful, but they helped make the process as smooth as possible. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent!

The place is amazing and the people here are very polite. I had an experience here is unmatchable. Especially my mentor Fiona she was very kind and easy to talk to. People i especially loved were Iona, Marta, Alex, Izzie and Jamie with his amazing jokes. If I had the opportunity to come back i would.
