The people working at Portico were extremely helpful during my purchase - especially a lovely real estate called George who really helped with completing the purchase. All the staff who were working there were extremely supportive and helpful.

Liuda helped me find my dream flat. Kelly kept things progressing smoothly. 5 weeks, 4 days from offer to completion! I know they technically work for the seller and not for me, but I really felt like they had my back. Seriously, thank you!

I am a landlord using Portico for the first time. I have to say that Portico were streets ahead of the other estate agents I have dealt with in SW London. They were responsive, flexible and had two quality tenants for two flats within 4 days. This is the first time I have achieved, as tenant, a couple rather than 2 sharers. Hats off to Flora and her team.

I’d like to extend a huge thank you to Andrew Murphy for all of his help in finding us the perfect flat. From the very beginning, Andrew was professional, approachable, and extremely responsive to our needs. Not only did he assist us in finding the ideal apartment, but he also helped us settle in and communicated efficiently with the landlord on our behalf. His attention to detail and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A big thanks as well to the whole Portico team for their excellent service. We’re grateful for their support and would highly recommend working with them in the future. Top-notch service all around! 😊
