I have a rental property in Herne Hill. It is also my home when I am in the UK. When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
Niki and the team at Oliver Burn have managed my flat for the last 8 years and have been fantastic to work with. They have great communication and always keep me in the loop if anything needs sorting. They are professional, reliable and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks so much Niki and team :)
We've been renting with Oliver Burn for over 3 years and they've been great, right from the start. Especially impressed with Louise who answers emails in no time, whether on workings days, weekends or even days off! And she always gets any issues resolved as quickly as possible which is very fantastic! Oliver Burn were also great at helping us find the property when we were first looking – really listened to what we were after. Highly recommend them!
We had an excellent experience with Oliver Burn. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and made the process of exiting our property smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Ed, Niki, and the whole team for their fantastic support and attention to detail. Highly recommend their services!
We have been renting with Oliver Burn for six months and we had a great experience so far. During the negotiation they were very responsive, precise and patient in clarifying all our doubts and answering our questions. After moving into the flat, they have been very helpful and dealing with any repairs or needs promptly. Always kind and absolutely trustworthy.
