Keating’s helped us both sell our home and, by chance, buy our next one too, and we had a really positive experience throughout. We had several estate agents come and value our property, but Tom stood out because he was honest and realistic about the value and the local market, rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. We decided to go with Keating’s and received a great offer within a few weeks. We also ended up purchasing our next property through them. Tabby was our main point of contact and was always very helpful and quick to respond. Lewis was also a great help whenever we needed him. Overall, we found the whole team knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to deal with. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

I would highly recommend Keatings Estates to anyone. Simon, Jade and Tabby have been so helpful and responsive throughout every stage of my home-buying process. We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

I was very happy with my experience with Keatings. Simon was able to secure us a high number of viewings, leading to an offer in less than 8 weeks. He was also able to keep our buyers committed when our initial onward purchase fell through. At the same time, Christiaan ensured a smooth sale process and seamless communication with our buyers.

Cannot recommend Robbie at Keating Estates enough! As a first time buyer, the process of buying a property is exceptionally daunting, especially with the demands of the London property market. After a horrible experience with another agency, I decided to exclusively use Keating Estates, largely as a direct result of my experiences with Robbie. He made sure to listen to my needs and only show me the most appropriate properties. He went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure I found my first home, including phone calls to ease my concerns and talk me through the process.
