I had a fantastic experience with Dimitri and Henry at John D Wood & Co. The whole process was smooth, simple and stress-free from start to finish. They were always available when I needed them and I am absolutely delighted with my new tenants. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!
Henry at John D Wood did an excellent job in helping us rent in Clapham. He was helpful and organised throughout, and brought a real tenacity to the process that was key in helping us push things over the line. Would highly recommend both Henry and John D Wood and will be using them again in the future.
Olivia at John D Wood helped us proceed with the purchase of our new home effortlessly. Always available for our viewings and promptly replying to our email queries/text messages. If the answer was unknown Olivia would do her best to find out answers and in a timely fashion. The completion of our sale was smooth and with ease. Who knew buying a house could be so easy! Thank you Olivia.
Avoid renting with this estate agent as much as possible! Total lack of communication with tenants, only bothered about the Landlord. We have never missed a month's rent and kept the flat in better condition now than when we first moved in, but we're treated as an annoyance by John D Wood estate agents. Complete disregard for tenant welfare, no replies to emails or calling back. Really really poor. I've rented in London for a few years now and these are by far the worst estate agents I've come across. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere if you're thinking of renting under these guys. You'll come to regret it.
Recently completed the purchase of a property in Clapham through John D Wood and delighted by the service received. Olivia handled the process professionally from start to finish as well as being supportive and proactive in managing the relationship with our vendors.
