We have just exchanged on a house through Jacksons. To begin with, the process was quite difficult for us and we found there was a lot of miscommunication from the agent handling the sale (who then moved to another Jacksons office). However, as soon as James from the Clapham branch took over, the process went extremely smoothly. He was very proactive in helping us get to exchange, always extremely friendly and communicative, and we really felt very supported towards the end. He kept us in the loop, was very prompt at solving problems, great at chasing the solicitors, and very much felt like he was looking out for both parties. Before, we felt as if the Sellers (as their clients) were hugely prioritised and we were treated quite poorly, but James made us feel valued as buyers too, and that made a huge difference to the process. James is such a credit to the Clapham branch, and genuinely could not have asked for more from him! A shoutout to Sam as well, who was always very friendly whenever she answered my calls, and always remembered us, and to Drewe, who helped push things along when we had questions that originally weren’t being answered.

I had an great experience using Jacksons to find tenants for my property. Aaron looked after me throughout the process and was professional, friendly, and attentive. I was kept well informed at every stage, and lovely tenants were found quickly. Thank you also to Mia for her help. A very efficient service — highly recommended!

Big shoutout to Naumann for helping my partner and I find our DREAM flat! He was very friendly and professional and took time to answer all our questions. We had a lot of bad luck with flat hunting and was starting to think we'd never find a place, until Naumann came along. Incredible speed and efficiency and quickly - Thank you, Mia! I cannot recommend Mia at Jacksons Clapham enough. She was incredibly efficient and clearly understood exactly what we needed right away. we only had to view 1 properties to find the perfect one. What impressed us most was the speed of the process.
