Had a very positive experience with Oliver Wilkinson of Fresh Aspects Property - can highly recommend. Oliver was actually advising the vendor on the sale of their house in NW5 and I was the buyer, although given how well I was looked after by Oliver I very much felt like his paying client too! Oliver was incredibly diligent, thorough and thoughtful throughout, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was a huge part of the reason that the process was so efficient (it all completed in less than three months start to finish!) as he expertly managed things along and played a key role in managing buyer/seller. If i was ever to be looking to sell (or indeed find another property in the future) I would definitely be very happy using Oliver, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to advise them on such matters. Oliver is brilliant and I could not recommend him highly enough! He made the whole search process so much smoother and more efficient - he really engaged with my criteria and what I was looking for and his search was so tailored to me it made it stress free and enjoyable. Oliver was superb from beginning to end. Supportive, hard working, and an excellent communicator. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, helping me to formulate my dream house, and clarify what were the 'deal breaker' elements for me and then he set about with complete determination to find it for me. And that he did. A property on my favourite street in Kentish Town. I would highly recommend using Oliver as a property finder as it relieves so much of the time and stress of searching and he's such a lovely person to deal with.

I called Oliver from Fresh Aspects after having a bad experience with another London buying agent who promised the earth and didn't deliver much. A friend had sold his house in Cleaver Square, Kennington with him and said he is great to deal with and passed on his number. He certainly was. What I really liked about Oliver is his approach is very straight forward, he wants to get a deal done and sets out what to expect. That level of honestly and transparency is very refreshing in the London property world and I highly recommend calling him if you need a solid buying or selling agent. He found me my house on a beautiful Victorian square I never thought I would get to live on, with the garden size I really wanted. He earned his fee which was relatively competitive given his expertise and contacts. If you want a seriously good service I would give him a call.
