We just moved to London and had a fantastic experience working with Montana from Chestertons. Montana showed us several lets around the area, from newly built to recently renovated, always with a big smile and amazing energy. They were kind and went the extra mile to help us understand the Renter's Rights Act, how the rental market works in the area, and what to look out for in apartments here. They even recommended us a few restaurants and pubs nearby to get a feeling for the neighborhood, and both were great suggestions! Thank you Montana! 🙏 I know who to call for my next apartment hunt! 🤩
Great experience with Chestertons - particularly Francesco. He took the time to really understand all of my needs and wants not just from a practical perspective but personal too - style and what I could potentially like. All communication was incredibly prompt, very professional, getting access was easy, he was very generous with his time and I never had to ask twice for anything. Smoothest experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely be calling up Chestertons/ Francesco again in the future, I’d recommend to anyone considering their next move!
Excellent experience with Chestertons Clapham Common, especially Shaun. He went above and beyond to get my flat ready for a short-term rental and was incredibly helpful throughout. Proactive, responsive, and genuinely took ownership of the whole process. He also secured a tenant quickly and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Shaun and the team—brilliant service.
We had a fantastic experience with the Chestertons Clapham Common branch. They helped us secure a tenants for our two-bedroom flat very quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Jamaica was especially brilliant, incredibly efficient, professional, and always quick to respond to our questions. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout, which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process. Overall, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone looking to rent in the area. Thank you for such excellent service! Honestly had such a great experience with Chestertons. Often with estate agents I feel there is a lot of bad reputation but genuinely so pleasantly surprised with how responsive and proactive they were. They made a potentially stressful process of letting out my flat incredibly straight forward, and I felt reassured and supported with every step. I've not done anything like this before and they were very helpful and patient with my many questions -10/10 service.
