We cannot recommend Roxy highly enough. From the very beginning of our enquiry, she was responsive, approachable and always kept us updated. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and make what can be a really stressful process feel much easier. Roxy has been a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the team. Thank you!
The team at Aspire Clapham handled the sale of my flat and were amazing every step of the way. Very easy to deal with and very helpful. Henry & Thomas were very knowledgeable and offered a great service.
We recently went viewing with Roxanne and she was incredibly informative and really helped with answering questions. As a tenant with specific requirements, she really listened to our needs. I’d absolutely keep in touch with her incase we have to move again - thank you so much!
Our experience with aspire as first time renters has been amazing. Theo looked after us and helped us a lot with information we needed to know and was very clear and efficient. We got the flat we wanted!! Would highly recommend aspire. Theo and the rest of team are amazing. Thankyou
Sadly, despite a few pleasant letting agents at Aspire Clapham, I would not recommend this agency to tenants looking to rent a flat in London. The building where I rented was very poorly maintained (mould, mice, leaks), despite an extortionate rent and consistently poor support from the agency. One agent in particular was extremely rude and dismissive, and frankly should not be working in a role that requires basic professionalism, respect, and human decency towards clients who are paying for a service. After this disastrous experience, I am actively telling everyone I know who is looking for a flat in London or moving to London to avoid this agency at all costs.
