My family have been clients of Ted Hoskins for nearly 30 years. I am not going to repeat the accolades in previous reviews, needless to say I agree with all of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough to both Landlords and tenants. I would like to add that as well as their professionalism they are caring and compassionate. Following a recent bereavement Emilia went above and beyond the call of duty and I will always be grateful for her care and support. Thank you Emilia and your team.

I lived in an apartment managed by Ted Hoskins and I communicated directly with Emilia about anything related to the property. From the beginning, everything was managed very well, and any concerns or repairs taken seriously and dealt with. I was very happy with the apartment itself, and would have stayed if I wasn't moving in with my partner. Emilia was always quick to respond, easy to talk to but always professional. If I was looking to rent in the future, I would be happy to use Ted Hoskins again, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Just moved out of a flat Emilia manages, and she’s been awesome. Everything was super easy from the start. She’s really quick to respond and always ready to help if anything comes up. Any little issues were sorted out straight away with no hassle. Honestly, one of the most reliable agents I’ve dealt with – she actually cares about her tenants. Definitely recommend!

I have been with Ted Hoskins for almost four years now and have been dealing with Emilia throughout that time. By far she is the best, always there, extremely responsive, and any issues are resolved as soon as possible. This is the best rental agency I have dealt with, and I’ve dealt with a lot.
