Tom, Oliver and the team are first class, fantastic, professional and know their market. Tom got our sale over the line on Victoria rise. We had the sale up with another agent for 6 months within 2 weeks with Marsh Parsons 3 offers and it completed last week. Whenever we called they listened and acted swiftly but they helped in anyway they could. Phil and I do not have enough words to put down on this team focus, service and most of all listening Well Done Team Joy and Phillip
While I was still living at the property, I returned from a short lunchtime trip to Lidl and found a Marsh & Parsons representative with my landlord inside my bedroom, despite me having received no 24 hours’ written notice and having agreed no mutually acceptable appointment for access. I have now escalated the matter formally because I am deeply dissatisfied with both what happened and the way my complaint is being handled.
Tobi was amazing with us from the beginning to the end of the process! He was very friendly and informative when booking us in to view and worked very hard to make sure we got our dream apartment. We're forever grateful we had him as our estate agent - thank you Tobi!
Extremely good estate agent, best I’ve used actually, in particular because of Seb who went out of his way to really help me secure a beautiful let in Clapham. Very grateful to have had him throughout the process, extremely responsive & professional, thank you!!
Saadat was amazing throughout my experience of renting a flat. He was extremely supportive throughout the process, always attentive to my questions and needs, and very reliable. I was kept fully updated at every stage, which made the whole experience far less stressful. I would definitely recommend him.
