Federico Cassarino recently took over the management of my property and has been incredibly helpful from the start. He is very responsive, efficient, and always follows up promptly, which has made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. His communication is clear and professional, and he handles matters proactively and with care. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend his services.
Layla and the team at John D Wood in Battersea were excellent in the way they dealt with my family and I. We rented a house in the Battersea area and they were professional, polite and respectful at all times. Having dealt with other agents over the past year, this team were by far the best and above all, achieved the result we wanted. Thanks again!
Federico is a fantastic property manager! He is always quick to respond, addresses issues promptly, and provides a consistently high level of service. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him.
Big shout out to Layla! She is a absolute star, just look at the 5 stars reviews of her. Just want to say thank you Layla for all your help in the past few days. You are always there with prompt response and kept us updated in the loop all the time which had made the whole process and experience of renting the flat nice and smooth. Highly recommended!
I have just moved into the second property I've rented from John D.Wood's Battersea office and cannot recommend them, or their lettings negotiator Layla Kelsey enough. Layla did everything in her power to ensure that both my moves and house hunt was as stress free as possible and went out of her way to accommodate me. She was kind, punctual and always in contact whenever needed. Having moved from abroad I cannot stress enough how comfortable she made this huge change for me. Wonderful team, you can't go wrong!
