Lydia and Kristen were our main points of contact, and their attention to detail and calm approach made the whole process feel seamless. I can’t recommend this agency enough! The whole team was so attentive to every detail and supported me throughout the whole lettings process. They were open, transparent and honest, and were kind and helpful in every interaction. Cho was brilliant and really went the extra mile, from showing me round the flat to keeping me updated and writing a profile that helped to get me that flat. Kristen was also amazing and answered every query and question, no matter how small. Brilliant service and I hope I use them again in the future!

I am here to rate for Kwang Guo Cho, who makes me feel like I need to rate this. He has been extremely kind, patient and helpful for my viewing. Highly recommend him. Even though me and my partner have our preferences, he tried to make it happen between us and landlord. I would say 5 out of 5 for his service and helpfulness. Thank you!

I would like to leave the review about people who made our process of letting our apartment in London comfortable and stressless . We had not the most easy request to find family or someone who could be keep our apartment in a good condition ( because we created this for us) It wasn’t easy but the Saks London have done it. During 1,5 years we have some favors ( about post and some details) and every time the people from this company are always ready to help us with any problems. Every month the payments are regular and on time. And offers which more useful for us , than for company. I just would like to show some gratitude to Imran, Kwang Guo Cho and Lidia for their work , patience and care with us so far. Thank you so much!!!
