We had a great experience with Marsh and Parsons Balham- Josh in particular was incredible helpful and attentive throughout. He was always available to help with any concerns or questions that we had and the process of renting our flat was incredibly smooth. I would recommend Marsh and Parsons and particularly Josh to anyone!
Have had the most pleasant experience looking for a flat all thanks to Sara Sheikh! She is so lovely and accommodating, constantly keeping me updated and giving me advice. She is always on time for our viewings and has the answer to all my questions. Sara knows exactly what I'm looking for and makes great recommendations, ensuring they tick all our boxes. She is so kind and helpful and has made flat hunting a lot less stressful :)
Sadly they couldn't find a home for us on this occasion (yet 🤞🏻) but so far I haven't met a more lovely, understanding, honest and helpful estate agent! He explained the situation for renters to me with the upcoming rental bill in a very knowledgeable way and was very up front about realistic expectations. A genuine joy and a breath of fresh air, thank you Toby Brewer! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for a property coming up with this company soon!
Lucy was so helpful in sorting out my new flat! Communication was great and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was always quick to answer any questions, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to make everything easier for me. Really friendly, professional and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. 5-star service from her, I’d highly recommend both Lucy and the team!
We had a great experience with this agency. Sarah was incredibly helpful and provided great advice and has been super responsive. She even offered to take the video of the apartment for me . Lovely staff and very helpful.
