Overdue review that I have been meaning to post. All round terrible experience finding a property with Keatings - the stand out issues were two: 1) experiencing a level of unprofessional behaviour from my estate agent, 2) estate agent routinely driving with their phone in their hand when showing me properties, and ended up driving into their car into when I crossed Acre land road. I ended up on the bonnet of the car. Issues were reported to their head of sales at the Balham office and the estate agent was removed from my property search... but after 1 month the same estate agent was put back on my search!

I had a fantastic experience house hunting with Robbie. He took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for and showed me a great variety of houses. Even though the house I ultimately purchased unfortunately wasn't listed with Keating Estates, he still continued to offer his advice by providing excelled recommendations for solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers once I told him I'd found my home. His attentiveness and willingness to help made the house search enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend Robbie to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy estate agent!

100% recommend Keating Estates. We worked with Robbie who helped us find not one but two flats as first time buyers - unfortunately the first didn't work out due to issues uncovered at survey but when we started our search again we knew we wanted to work with Keating. While many other London estate agents will waste your time taking you to viewings of places outside your budget and requirements, Robbie quickly understood what we were looking for and took the care to only show us places that were relevant. Purchasing a property is a stressful process, especially as first time buyers like us, but Robbie's friendly and super helpful approach made it so much easier. Once the sale was agreed we dealt with Lewis who was friendly and super communicative helping smooth out the inevitable bumps in the conveyancing process. For anyone looking to buy in south west London - especially if you're a first time buyer and overwhelmed by the process! - I would strongly recommend working with Keating for their friendliness and excellent communication and the level of care and professionalism they show both the buyers and sellers they work with.

We had a really positive experience with the Keating branch, in large part thanks to Robbie. Even though we didn’t end up buying through them (just down to circumstance), Robbie was by far the best estate agent we dealt with during our search. He put in a huge amount of time helping us find the right properties, really listened to what we were looking for, and tailored viewings accordingly. He was consistently responsive, got information back to us quickly, and answered questions in a clear, balanced and genuinely helpful way. We never felt pushed, just well-informed. What stood out most was the extra effort he put in throughout. It made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Would highly recommend the team, and especially Robbie.
